Dichiarazione di accessibilità
rankello.ai is meant to be usable by everyone, whatever their abilities. Here we describe the service and how it meets the accessibility requirements of the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882), implemented in Germany by the Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz (BFSG).
The service
rankello.ai is software you use in your web browser (software as a service). On the website you learn about the product and its plans, create an account and take out a subscription. In the dashboard you manage your workspace, your team, your subscription, your payment methods and your invoices.
How the service meets the requirements
We build the service following the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, which the harmonised standard EN 301 549 refers to:
- Every page can be used with the keyboard alone. A link at the start of each page skips straight to the content, and the focused element is always clearly marked.
- The pages are clearly structured into regions and headings, so screen readers can find their way around them.
- Text and controls have enough contrast, in the light and in the dark theme. You can choose the theme yourself.
- You can enlarge the text to 200 % without losing content, and the pages adapt to small screens.
- Images have a text alternative, purely decorative ones are hidden from screen readers.
- Form fields have labels, errors are named in text right at the field.
- Motion and animations are left out when your system asks for reduced motion.
- The language of every page is declared, so screen readers read it out correctly.
Known limitations
- The payment pages of our payment providers and embedded videos come from other providers, we have no influence on their accessibility.
- Text and images that users add themselves, for example suggestions on the roadmap, do not always have a text alternative.
- Invoices are PDF files that are not yet fully accessible. If you need an invoice in another form, write to us.
